The MariGeoEcoCenter of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the editors of the magazine "Geology and Mineral Resources of World Ocean" (GMRWO) and the employees of the Center categorically condemn the war unleashed by Russia, the unheard of cruelty and war crimes. In this difficult time for the entire country, the GMRWO magazine editors are making every effort to continue their work.

We emphasize that in accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine No. 145 of March 7, 2022:

- scientists affiliated with the Russian Federation (RF) were removed from the editorial board of the GKKSO journal;

- the involvement of scientists from the Russian Federation in reviewing materials submitted to domestic publications is terminated;

- the publication of articles by authors affiliated with the Russian Federation is completely stopped.
